Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase from EON Podcast.

1. Digital Products & Subscriptions

All digital products and subscriptions, including but not limited to:

  • Matrix Subscription
  • Book Club Subscription

are non-refundable and non-cancellable once access has been granted. Subscribers may pause their subscription after the first month, subject to platform availability.

2. Physical Products (Merchandise)

2.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds for physical merchandise are only applicable in the following cases:

  • Faulty, defective, or damaged products received at the time of delivery

2.2 Refund Conditions

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Clear images or video proof of the defect or damage must be provided
  • The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging, with video evidence where required

3. Non-Refundable Cases

No refunds will be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect size or variant selected by the customer
  • Delays caused by courier or logistics partners
  • Failure or refusal to pay delivery charges under Cash on Delivery (COD)

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Refund processing may take between 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.
