Digital subscriptions
Physical merchandise

All digital products are delivered online. Merchandise is shipped physically.

Payments

All products and subscriptions require 100% advance payment
Prices may change at any time without prior notice
Merchandise product cost is paid in advance
Delivery charges are paid by the customer via Cash on Delivery (COD)

Access & Delivery

Digital access is provided after successful payment
Sharing, reselling, or transferring paid digital content is strictly prohibited
Merchandise delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier or logistics issues

Refunds

Digital products and subscriptions are non-refundable. Merchandise refunds are only applicable for faulty or damaged products, as outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Content Ownership

All content, media, trademarks, and branding belong exclusively to EON Podcast. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

Service Rights

Modify or discontinue any service at any time
Suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated

Limitation of Liability

EON Podcast shall not be held responsible for indirect losses, service interruptions, or delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
